Mindful Flow – Yoga Meets Psychoeducation

workshop series combining yoga, breathing techniques, and knowledge about relaxation

The course consists of 4 sessions in which we combine psychological theory with practical relaxation techniques. At the start of each session, participants receive a brief introduction and learn how relaxation affects the body and mind. We then perform a suitable breathing exercise together before transitioning into a mindful guided yoga flow that promotes body awareness and inner calm.

 Please bring a yoga mat if possible and wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are also available on site. The course is open to anyone interested, regardless of prior knowledge or previous yoga experience.
